Stronę bierną czasu Future Perfect Simple tworzymy w taki sposób, że dopełnienie zdania wyjściowego staje się podmiotem zdania docelowego. Następnie dodajemy will + have + been + czasownik w trzeciej formie (imiesłów czasu przeszłego). Jeśli czasownik jest regularny, to otrzymuje końcówkę "ed". Przykładowo:
We will have prepared the report by tomorrow. - The report will have been prepared by tomorrow.

Jeśli przekształcamy zdanie przeczące, to po czasowniku ”will” dodajemy słowo ”not”, np.
We will not have prepared the report by tomorrow. – The report will not have been prepared by tomorrow.

Jeśli przekształcamy zdanie pytające, to przed podmiotem zdania w stronie biernej umieszczamy czasownik ”will”, np.
Will we have prepared the report by tomorrow? – Will the report have been prepared by tomorrow?

Jeśli przekształcamy zdanie pytające z zaimkiem pytającym, to zdanie w stronie biernej również zaczyna się od zaimka pytającego, np.
Why will we have sent these parcels by the end of the week? – Why will these parcels have been sent by the end of the week?

Jeśli agens jest istotny dla sensu wypowiedzi, to umieszczamy go na końcu zdania, poprzedzając słowem ”by”, np. 
Kate will have delivered the documents. – The documents will have been delivered by Kate.

Zamiast czasownika "will" możemy użyć każdego innego czasownika modalnego z "perfect infinitive" (have + trzecia forma czasownika) stosując powyższe zasady, np.
They needn't have cleaned the house. - The house needn't have been cleaned.
